On this morning’s APOD, we get to watch a near-three-minute time-lapse video of auroras over Tromsø, Norway. I’ve never seen an aurora, living at a too-low latitude all my life, though Karla once saw one while at the high ranch one summer. So I’ve never seen the speed of movement.
