In our kitchen we have this awful thing we call “The Knife Drawer.” It holds all kinds of utensils. Oftentimes when I try to find one of the items, there is such a confusing mess I have to dig around to find it. A couple of days ago, I was looking for the melon baller and had a hard time finding it. I suggested to Karla that we should buy one that has a bright red handle so it would be easy to find. She agreed. Then I suggested that if it worked for the melon baller, we should buy
all new utensils with bright red handles.
She thinks I’m an idiot.
