While Karla was here for a day, we walked around outside to see how things were going. To our utter surprise, we saw some grapes that were actually maturing unmolested. Usually they get almost ripe then are assaulted by birds, squirrels or wasps and we don’t get to enjoy them. But there right in front of us were two big bunches of them, ripening enough that we were able to pick and eat a couple of them. Will wonders never cease?
